Losing important data is a stressful and unpleasant experience that you don’t think about until it happens to you. However, with our extensive experience and professional tools, it is possible to recover lost data in most cases.

To start the data recovery process, the client needs to deliver their faulty media to our premises. In the following diagram, you can go through the complete data recovery process in 8 easy steps. Following the direction of the clock, all stages of the process are described, from the delivery of the faulty device to copying to a new, functional device and returning the lost data to the owner.

8. Data Copying
After completing the data recovery, the client needs to provide a functional device (hard disk, USB flash drive) onto which we will save the recovered data. The recovery process does not end when the client retrieves the data. A copy of all data is kept on our servers for an additional seven days after the date of retrieval.
3. Free Diagnosis
Upon receiving the device, diagnosis begins. It lasts up to three working days and is free of charge. If there are no physical damages to the disk, the diagnosis includes cloning the entire contents of the media to a so-called clone disk. This is an identical copy of all data that can be read from the client's media. For devices with physical damage, to enable cloning, it is first necessary to temporarily repair them for operation.

Clients can deliver their media personally to our address, or they can send it via courier services. Detailed instructions on sending devices for data transfer and storage can be found here.

2. New Job Registration

Before sending, it is necessary to fill out an online reception form and register the data recovery job within the Customer Service section of our website.

3. Free Diagnosis

Upon receiving the device, diagnosis begins. It lasts up to three working days and is free of charge. 5. Urgent Start

Urgent Start is a service where diagnosis is initiated immediately upon receipt of the media during working hours. Jobs from clients who opt for this service are prioritized over all other jobs. **This service is charged additionally to the data recovery cost according to our current price list.

6. Cost of Recovery

The cost of data recovery does not depend on the type or amount of data on the media, but solely on the type of failure. Prices are transparent and not cumulative. Data recovery is undertaken only if the client agrees to the price communicated after the completion of the diagnosis. The price list is HERE.

7. Status Tracking

Through our Customer Service, the client, if they wish, can track the job status and review the list of recovered data. Login and password information are the job number and job code. These are provided to the client personally or via email during the procedure of receiving the faulty device.
